Refund Policy: Refunds will only be processed with a Cash Register Receipt. Absolutely No Refunds without Sales Receipt. All refunds will be refunded in the same tender in which they were purchased.

 Printed Textbooks can only be returned for a full refund under the following conditions: The textbook you are returning is for a class that you have dropped/changed or has been cancelled during the first 7 School Days of the term for which they were purchased (You must provide proof of schedule change). The textbook is brought to the bookstore with an original unaltered SWOCC Bookstore cash register receipt.

1. Textbooks MUST be in the original selling condition; shrink-wrap/bundled/or packaged textbooks cannot be opened or altered.
2. Access Codes MUST be in the original selling condition; the access code cannot be scratched or revealed. The packing cannot be damaged or altered.
3. CD/Other Software cannot be returned.

Digital books sold at the bookstore are provided by VitalSource. Digital books must adhere to their return policy. 

Digital books are eligible for a full refund if:

1. The return occurs within 14 days of the date of purchase.
2. No more than 20% of the digital book has been viewed or printed.
3. Access code for any online resource has not been viewed.
4. Previously checked out chapters of the digital book must be checked in to be eligible for a return.
5. You have not previously returned the same digital book from a prior purchase.
6. You have original unaltered SWOCC bookstore receipt.
7. The digital book you are returning is for a class that you have dropped/changed or has been cancelled (You must provide proof of schedule change).

Returns made for other reasons must be completed within 7 School Days of the term for which they were purchased. Textbooks must be in the original selling condition and accompanied by an original unaltered SWOCC Bookstore Cash Register Receipt. These returns will be charged a 15% Restocking Fee.

Defective Used Textbooks will be replaced or exchanged with an original receipt within 5 Days of purchase. New Textbooks with a manufacturer defect will be replaced with an original receipt within 30 days of the purchase. Textbook must be returned in the Original Selling Condition. Bindings, shrink-wrap/bundled/or packaged textbooks cannot be opened or altered.

Clearance Items are not eligible for return.

General Merchandise in re-sellable condition may be returned for a full refund with a cash register receipt within 14 days.

Spring Graduation Applications are due Feb 3rd, 2023

62nd Annual Commencement: Friday, June 9, 2023 at 12:00pm*
*Attendance for guests will be by ticket only. Participating graduates will pick up their three tickets at rehearsal on Thursday, June 8th.

The price for Cap, Gown and Tassel  is $35.00. Once you've purchased the regalia it is yours to keep. 

Stoles: The Campus Store will be offering a variety of stoles which includes various Veteran’s stoles, LGBTQIA+, LGBTQIA + ally, and international stoles. Options will appear on the website and in-store as they become available.

• The Stole of Gratitude is a lasting tribute to those people who have shaped their life, such as family and friends, professors, advisors or fellow students. The stole is optional. They can be purchased at the bookstore for March 21st, 2022.
• The First Generation stole recognizes the student’s parent(s)/guardian(s) did not complete a 4-year college or university degree. This is regardless of other family member’s level of education.

Graduation regalia will be available to purchase Spring term 2023. Graduation/Alumni items will be listed under the "Gifts" drop-down section the SWOCC Campus Store’s webpage.
